Cedar Valley Preserve provides habitat that is perfect for large bucks. The five key ingredients to having a quality deer herd are all found at CVP. You must have genetics, food, water, habitat, and a good age structure to produce monster bucks and a quality deer hunting experience. According to Boone & Crockett and Pope & Young, Iowa County is the 19th best county in the nation to hunt whitetail deer. Standard QDM practices will be followed. Although we cannot guarantee 100% success, we do promise 100% fair chase.

If you like upland bird hunting you’re really going to like it here! All of our pheasants and chukkar partridges are mature flight-conditioned, trophy quality birds grown right here in Wisconsin. These are the very birds that made South Dakota hunting famous. We buy the best to make sure you have a challenging, unpredictable hunt every time you visit Cedar Valley Preserve. On average, we will plant 30% more birds than you request to insure an awesome hunt every time you hunt the Preserve.
