Cedar Valley welcomes you to private club hunting, where the members help create the experience.  We have our members give their input, and we then put a plan into action to make the ideas into reality.  The cover we use at Cedar Valley is switch grass, sorgum, corn and a mix of natural cover and grasses. The following information is how the membership is set up at Cedar Valley.  If Cedar Valley  is a club you are considering, we invite you to a trial hunt.  During the trial hunt you only pay for your birds, and experience the service and hospitality first hand you get when you are a member. 

SINGLE MEMBERSHIP         $500 plus tax  (plus bird package) 

Single Membership paid by May 8 you receive 5 free chuckers.

This membership is $500 for a yearly membership.  Single member can have up to three additional guest on a hunt.  Includes all of the privileges listed below.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP    $2000 plus tax (plus bird package)

Corporate Membership paid by May 8 you receive 20 free chuckers

This membership is four or more hunters in a group.  Each hunter's cost is $500 for a yearly membership fee.  As a corporate member you receive discounts on birds and unlimited guest for hunting.  Along with all of the privileges listed below.  Minimum of a 100 bird package.

Members that get a single member to sign up receive 4 free pheasants and for a corperate member to sign up you receive 16 free pheasants.

*  Heated overnight facility for dogs

*  Catering can be arranged for your group of any size.  We will handle the details

*  Bird cleaning is complimentary

*  Locker is complimentary

Individual pheasants are $26/bird

25 pheasants  Corp.  $600  Sing.  $625

50 pheasants  Corp.  $1150  Sing.  $1200

100 pheasants  Corp.  $2200  Sing.  $2300

200 pheasants  Corp.  $4200  Sing.  $4400 

300 pheasants  Corp.  $6000  Sing.  $6300

Individual chukars are $16/bird

25 chukars  Corp.  $350  Sing.  $375

As the bird package increases the price per bird continues to decrease

The member's account will be charged for the number of birds released or havested which ever is greater.  Cedar valley releases 30% more birds than what is requested to ensure lots of birds in the air.  Birds not harvested will be carried over until the end of the season.  A minimum release of three birds per gun.
